EGFA and MN Breakers are Partnering up! There are many choices of club teams. MN Breakers invites you to our club team try-out and see what our coaching staff has to offer you through their experience and knowledge of the game. The Breakers coaches will teach all aspects of softball that includes and not limited to, proper mechanics with hitting, fielding, pitching & catching. As well as skills and strategies to enhance each players overall performance on the field to bring you to the next level of competitive fastpitch. The 2020-21 Season will be coach by:
Former Augsburg Head Coach and current St Thomas Asst. Coach, Tim Gormley.
Assistant Coach Amy Huett former college player and who has coached at all levels and current private pitching coach.
Local: MN Breakers will play competitively in MN, IA, WI & IL
Tryout Dates for 14U only: Monday, August 17TH or Tuesday, August 18TH
Location: Pamel Park, Edina
Please arrive 30-45min early to check- in and warm-up. There are no tryout fees.

Cost: $1,878 (After an offer is extended a player will have 24 hours to accept the spot. If the spot is accepted by the player they will be asked to register for the team where they will collect a non-refundable $300 deposit. This will be applied to the balance. You may pay the full amount or set up a payment plan with 3 additional equal installments of $526 (9/15, 11/15, and 3/15).
The cost of the program will include the following:
To include 3 Jerseys, Pants, Helmet, Socks, and Bag.
Practice 3 x week. League games & 1 to 3 Tourney’s (Parent's choice). Endurance Training will be offered on days opposite of practice (Not Mandatory).
2 hour practices 2 or 3 x a week. We will offer Strength & Conditioning Classes in addition to practices.
You will have the option to play dome ball. If your child decides to play dome ball there would be a small fee to cover the cost.
Private instruction will be a separate fee to those interested in seeking small group or individual instruction.
Practices 3 x a week, 2.5 hrs (Tues-Thur)
Endurance Training early afternoon before practices. Scrimmages & 5 to 6 Tourney’s. No team activities will be conducted the week of July 4th off to enjoy time with their families
MN Breakers encourages multi-sport athletes and will accommodate for such athletes. MN Breakers also encourages athletes to maintain excellence in the classroom and will accommodate any athlete who needs to put school first during fall/winter season.
