• Tournaments will need to be scheduled by the Head Coach via the Minnesota Softball Website.  Confirm your team's availability prior to booking the tournament to ensure you have enough players.  
• Once you have selected your tournaments you will need to complete the tournament registration forms (located on the individual association websites) or via the Minnesota Softball tournament website link.  
• You may request payment from the EGFA Treasurer or send personal checks and ask for reimbursement.  The EGFA Treasurer e-mail contact info is: EGFA.Treasurer@outlook.com. 
• You may need to submit and send the registration forms to the appropriate tournaments if e-registration is not available on the Minnesota Softball tournament website.
• Coaches should maintain team rosters in their MNSoftball.com dashboard. Once rosters are updated in MNSoftball, invites should go out to parents to accept the addition to the roster. All players need a  birth certificate uploaded to the MNSoftball roster to confirm eligibility. It's especially important to have birth certificates uploaded prior to the first tournament.

Tournaments fill up early so make sure you check players availability and send registration early!

Note: For insurance requests we are insured through the league.

You will need to print out and fill out an approved team roster liability waiver and have it signed by parents or legal guardian.

• Select your team by clicking on your team name to the left.
• Then in the upper right hand corner click on the Print Roster link.
