Fall Ball Registration

Are you looking for more opportunities to play the great game of fastpitch softball? Fall softball gives you five weeks of practice, four doubleheaders on Sunday afternoons, and one weekend State tournament. All to work on improving your game, trying new positions, preparing yourself to play at an older age level, being part of a team, or just trying fastpitch softball for the first time.

Fall League for Age Levels 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U

The Fall league provides an excellent opportunity for players to learn about the game and gain experience playing fastpitch. Everyone, regardless of experience level is encouraged to play since the entire roster bats and there is free substitution for fielders during the fall league. 

Age Groups:

14U - Born in the year 2006 or 2007

12U - 2008 or 2009

10U - 2010 or 2011

8U - 2012 or younger


Practices will start the week after tryouts.  Tryouts will be at Pamela Park from  5:30 to 8 pm on July 28.  Practice schedules will be distributed following team formation that happens after tryouts. League games consist of double headers played on Saturday afternoons for 8U/10U and Sunday afternoons for 12U/14U.  Game times are 12:00 & 1:30 or 3:00 & 4:30 at locations throughout the metro area.

Fall ball games are scheduled for the following Saturday dates for 8U and 10U: 8/8, 8/15, 8/22, 8/29, 9/12, and 9/19.  Additionally, all 8U and 10U teams will play in the State Tournament, which will be played on Saturday 9/26.

Fall ball games are scheduled for the following Sunday dates for 12U and 14U: 8/9, 8/16, 8/23, 8/30, 9/13, and 9/20.  Additionally, all 12U and 14U teams will play in the State Tournament, which will be played on Sunday 9/27.

The registration fee for the fall program is $75 for 8U, $150 for 10U, 12U, and 14U.  This covers EGFA Administration Fees and Minnesota Softball League and Tournament Fees.

The uniform consist of a t-shirt (for those that were not provided one one in the spring/summer season), which is included with your registration fee.  You must provide black uniform pants and green or white socks.  Additional equipment needed are softball cleats (plastic cleats only through 12U), a glove, a facemask, a helmet, and a bat.
